Prices, terms and booking procedure for Hostal Casa Muñoz

Updates for 2010

· The prices below are in pesos convertibles ( CUC ), the payment is in CUC but the deposit for the reservation should be in EUROS.

· Breakfast, dinner and parking are optional.

· According government rules we can have a maximum of 2 adults per room with kids (under 18 years).

· Our pets ( 3 dogs and 1 horse ) are well behaved and clean. However Casa Muñoz isn't recommended for those afraid of dogs or allergic to animals.

· Please note that Casa Muñoz is a family run accommodation. Sex tourism is prohibited.

· You must bring your original passport and tourist visa NOT photocopies, as these cannot be accepted at casas.

· Before you make your reservation please be sure of your travel dates as we only have just two rooms available. In Cuba we pay fixed high tax rates so we would appreciate it if you keep to your dates as each booking is important in our planning.

       For the reservation procedure you should pay a deposit, it will cover just the first night's accommodation. The deposit payment will be made in EUROS. The payment for the extra days, food service, etc will made at Casa Muñoz in cash (CUC). Parking free for the reservations.

Deposit amount:

 Low Season --------> € 30 (1 room)--------€ 55 (2 rooms) 

High Season--------> € 35 (1 room) -------€ 65 (2 rooms)

For those making reservations from outside Europe please add 5 Euros to the deposit (USA, Canada, Australia ,etc).

· This deposit includes our bank transaction fees and covers just the first night's accommodation (room only). It is non-refundable.

·  As our clients from the USA can't send money to Cuba we use a bank account in Italy of an Italian associate.

·  We will confirm availability and instructions on how to transfer the deposit by email.

·  Once payment is received you will receive confirmation of your booking by email.

· Cancellation and changing dates policy.

Reservation procedure:

  For the reservations procedure you must read first our  conditions and prices, then  e-mail us at trinidadjulio@yahoo.com

with the following information:

 1- Full name.

 2- How many rooms you need and dates you want (specify how many nights).

 3- Country, home phone number, mobile number (mention if you will be traveling with it).

 4- Read, copy and paste the following agreement in your email:

Agreement: I have read Casa Muñoz web site (www.casa.trinidadphoto.com) and agree with the conditions and prices, and are ready to make the deposit. I understand the deposit covers just the first night's accommodation (room only). It is non-refundable.

Always we will reply to all the emails in no more than 24 hours. We will confirm availability and provide instructions on how to transfer the deposit by email.
